1. Scope of Policy This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Evolock, including but not limited to the services outlined below. By availing of our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy by Service Type

3.1 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are generally not offered for services once they have commenced due to the nature of digital and developmental work.

  • Specific circumstances for refunds include:

    • Failure to initiate service within the agreed timeline.

    • Deliverables that significantly deviate from the agreed-upon scope without prior notice.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of identifying the issue.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle for recurring services.

  • For project-based services, cancellations before initiation will receive a full refund. Once the project has begun, refunds will depend on the work completed.

  • For onboarding and optimization services, cancellations after initiation are non-refundable.

4. Specific Service Provisions

4.1 Digital Marketing and Advertising (PPC, SMM, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

  • No refunds for campaigns already launched or for ad spends incurred.

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.

4.2 Mobile and Website Development and Optimization

  • Refunds will only be processed for uninitiated milestones or for failure to deliver agreed specifications.

  • Cancellations after project initiation will incur charges for work already completed.

4.3 E-Commerce Solutions and Onboarding (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify)

  • No refunds for onboarding services once initiated.

  • Cancellations must be made prior to the commencement of service.

4.4 HR and Payroll Processing Services

  • No refunds for processed payrolls or services rendered.

  • Cancellations must be submitted 30 days in advance for payroll services.

5. General Terms

  • All refund and cancellation requests must be sent to [contact email] with relevant details, including the service details, reason for the request, and supporting documentation if applicable.

  • Refund processing may take up to 15 business days from the approval date.

  • This policy is subject to periodic review and updates. Clients are encouraged to review it regularly.
