1. Introduction This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all services and courses provided by Evolock ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing our services or enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. General Terms 2.1. The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to services and courses purchased after the date of the change. 2.2. This Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Services 3.1. Marketing Services 3.1.1. Cancellation: You may cancel marketing services at any time by providing written notice to the Company. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notice. 3.1.2. Refunds: Refunds for marketing services will be issued based on the following schedule:

If cancellation is made within 7 days of purchase and services have not yet commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.

If cancellation is made after 7 days of purchase or after services have commenced, you will be billed for the services rendered up to the date of cancellation. Any prepaid but unused services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. 3.1.3. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
3.2. Courses 3.2.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your enrollment in a course at any time by providing written notice to the Company. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notice. 3.2.2. Refunds: Refunds for courses will be issued based on the following schedule:

If cancellation is made within 14 days of purchase and before accessing course materials, you are eligible for a full refund.

If cancellation is made within 14 days of purchase but after accessing course materials, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days of purchase or if more than 25% of the course materials have been accessed.
4. Special Circumstances 4.1. In the event that the Company cancels a course or service, you will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase. 4.2. If you are unable to continue a course due to medical or other serious personal reasons, please contact us. Refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
