4. Shipping 4.1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times 4.1.1. Domestic Shipping: We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options within India and International services. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method:

6. Failed Deliveries and Returns 6.1. Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. 6.2. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund, minus the original shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages 7.1. Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. 7.2. Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
